OH SNAP! Check this out! Above are two preview shots from the upcoming MOM & POPism: Board book by James & Karla Murray. The book will feature photographs from their previous best seller, STOREFRONT: The Disappearing Face Of New York, re-interpreted by several of today’s top graffiti and street artists. Above is the page dedicated to RALPHS DISCOUNT CITY. I worked on this image with Shiro and graffiti legendĀ Lady Pink.

By the way, this book basically documents the exhibition, MOM & POPism that took place on the roof top of Gawker headquarters during the summer of 2009. Here’s something to refresh your memory!
